Neil started life in the property industry with the purchase of a student investment property, in 2004, whilst he was managing a property portfolio for a private Landlord, in Warrington.
Further student investments were added to the portfolio, and in 2010, NSW Properties was created, as the tool to manage the expanding portfolio.

Rachael has now been with NSW for over 10 years, after initially coming in to the Company as a Lettings Negotiator, then becoming a Sales Negotiator, before moving in to her current role, where she oversees the day-to-day running of the office.

Sarah heads up our Student lettings department, and deals with everything, from the advertising of the properties, to the on-going maintenance of the properties, giving consistency if service that Landlords demand.
Another member of the NSW team, who initially started on an apprenticeship scheme, growing in to her current role as a property manager, where she continually strives to make sure that all of our Landlords enjoy peace of mind that their property is in safe hands.
Initially starting as an Apprentice, Rebecca has since covered a broad spectrum of job roles within the Company.
She now provides administration support for our Accounts & Lettings departments, ensuring their smooth and efficient running.
James has recently moved in to his current role as a Property Manager after initially joining the Company as an Appointments Clerk. He very quickly became an integral member of the team, ensuring that all of our customers received impeccable customer service.
