NSW Hosts its first Golf Day at Hurlston Hall Golf Club

1st GOLF DAY A RESOUNDING SUCCESS

Friday, 30th August we were pleased to host our first ever golf day. After months of organising the teams & prizes, we were finally free to enjoy a glorious day, and watch as those who attended had a great day and evening.

We held the day at Hurlston Hall Golf Club, an excellent venue for such an occasion, and the staff there were a massive help getting organised for the day. The weather also really helped too and the course was in a great condition with perfect greens.
We couldn’t have wished for a better turn out, 8 teams took part in the day with more arriving in the night for food and drinks! Prizes were given for the top 3 places, with a booby prize for last place. There were also prizes for nearest the pin on all of the par 3 holes, longest drive and best stableford score on the front 9 and the best stableford score on the back 9,

1st Place: Tom Jennings, Andrew Owen, Alan Kennedy & Chris Bland

2nd Place: Neil Brown, Anthony Collins, Liam Patton & Neil Warnock

3rd Place: James Coubrough, Leigh Bromby, Danny Cox & Craig Sugden

Last Place: Neil Turley, Norman Turley, Tom Rankin & Michael Kennedy
