Job Opportunity - Property Management Consultant

We are currently seeking a Property Management Consultant to join our expanding property management team based in Ormskirk.

This is a full time role. We are looking for someone who is confident and self-motivated. The candidate must have an excellent telephone manor and be able to communicate with clients, landlords, tenants and fellow employees.

We are looking for someone who has excellent administrative and organisation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with clients, landlords and tenants over the phone and face to face

• Receive incoming calls

• Carry out administrative duties

• Scheduling maintenance & dealing with tenancy renewals

Skills required:

• Excellent administrative and IT skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Must be confident on the phone

Previous experience in property management is desirable but not essential.
