Job Opportunity - Residential Inventory Clerk

Job Description:

-Inspecting residential properties and conducting reports

-Accurately recording and describing all items in the property and their conditions

-When returning to the office; amending and finalising reports issued, downloading photographs, finalising paperwork, preparing for upcoming appointments

-Attending Check-out appointments & dealing with deposit disputes

-Assisting with administrative work, including organising property maintenance

Role Requirements:

-Articulate, presentable and well-dressed at all times as the role will be client-facing

-A confident communicator, both verbally and written, with good use of grammar and spelling

-IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

-Well organised with great attention to detail, able to multi task and adapt quickly to every situation whilst remaining professional at all times

-Excellent attention to detail -Have a positive can do attitude with the ability to remain flexible in terms of adapting your day to the needs client or business needs and the effects of public transport

-Self-sufficient in terms of dealing with issues and equally adept at raising issues to management as required

-Full UK driving license and own car (mileage will be paid)

We are looking for individuals to maintain the high standards we pride ourselves on while pushing the business forward to expand and grow even further. Lettings experience is not essential as we are looking for the right personality and a "can do" attitude to join our team.
