TEEING OFF FOR LOCAL CHILDREN’S CHARITY

A BIG thank you to our colleagues, customers and friends who took part in the NSW charity golf day held at Hurlston Hall Golf Club and raised a fantastic £3,180.00 for local charity The Legacy Rainbow House.

Since we started the business in 2004, we have organised corporate golf days as a thank you to our customers and business colleagues but this was the first time we ran it as a charity event. Neil, who organised the event said, “As a dad of a two year old, I wanted to choose a children’s charity to benefit and as The Legacy Rainbow House is a local charity it was the natural choice.”

The golf day consisted 19 teams of four players and the Club’s sponsored professional also took part in a beat the pro competion. The winning team was Stephen Evans, Andy McGarry, Dominic Flemming and Nathan Martland (pictured below).

Hayley Scholes of The Legacy Rainbow House said, “Thank you to Neil and Stephen at NSW Properties for organising such as successful golf event and to everyone who supported it. All the funds raised will go towards providing our Conductive Education service for children with disabilities and brain injuries, to help them lead more independent and fulfilled lives.”
