We’d like to introduce our new apprentice Harry Lea who joined the team in April. Harry is 16 years old and a local lad from Ormskirk. He has joined us as a Property Management Apprentice. Harry attended St Bedes High School and left there last summer with 11 GCSEs. He briefly attended Runshaw College before realising that what he really wanted to do was an apprenticeship, so that he could gain real life working experience while earning money.
We’d like to introduce our new apprentice Harry Lea who joined the team in April. Harry is 16 years old and a local lad from Ormskirk. He has joined us as a Property Management Apprentice. Harry attended St Bedes High School and left there last summer with 11 GCSEs. He briefly attended Runshaw College before realising that what he really wanted to do was an apprenticeship, so that he could gain real life working experience while earning money. Since leaving college he’s been helping out with family house renovation projects and doing some part time work to keep himself busy.
Harry says, “My role in the Property Management area of the company is quite varied and every days is different. It involves sending out tenancy renewal notices, organising for gas safety certificates to be completed and dealing with issues occurring in rented properties. I’d say the aspect of the business I am most interested is property development.”
Harry continues, “It’s going really well and I’m enjoying working here at NSW, everyone is great to get along with and have really helped me to settle in.”
